GREAT DRINKS START WITH BETTER ICE 🧊

When every ingredient is carefully selected, why should ice be an afterthought?
From iced coffee to cocktails, ice plays an important role in how a drink is chilled, presented and enjoyed. The Hoshizaki IM-100CNS produces hard, crystal-clear cube ice with a consistent 28 × 28 × 32 mm shape, designed to melt slowly and help reduce rapid dilution.
Water is sprayed into an ice-making chamber cooled to -25°C, allowing it to freeze gradually while effectively eliminating nearly 100% of impurities. A fully closed water circuit further helps protect the ice-making process from contamination.
Uniform, symmetrical cubes bring a clean and refined presentation to coffees, cocktails and other premium beverages.
Hard, dense ice stays in the glass longer, helping maintain temperature while allowing the intended flavour of the drink to last.
At an ambient temperature of 32°C and water temperature of 21°C, the IM-100CNS produces approximately 84 kg of ice per 24 hours, with approximately 38 kg of storage capacity.
Because great beverage quality is not only about what goes into the glass.
It is also about the ice that goes with it.
