For the first machine, it’s the IM-100CNS ice maker. This model produces cube ice. The operating system uses an Injection Jet Spray system. Water is sprayed up into the mold, causing the ice to form into square blocks. When the ice falls, it drops as individual cubes, not as a sheet. The IM-100CNS is an undercounter model, which can produce about 70 kilograms of ice.

The second product is the refrigerator. What we are showcasing today includes both the 4-door upright refrigerator and the undercounter refrigerator. Both are new models that use environmentally friendly refrigerants. For the undercounter series, we have a new model to introduce that features 2 systems in one unit. It has both a freezer and a chiller system in the same machine.

The third Hoshizaki machine is the dishwasher. It can be adjusted to 5 different functions to suit the specific needs of each restaurant. It emphasizes cleanliness, bacteria-killing heat, and increased dishwashing speed for better kitchen efficiency.

In 2024, Hoshizaki’s direction will focus on Digital Marketing to increase brand awareness. The second direction is to strengthen our service capabilities even further. The third direction is to increase engagement and interaction with our partners and dealers.
