Cosmo Coffee was established within Viet Long Complex Residence in Bac Ninh, a large-scale mixed-use development combining residential,
commercial, and community spaces.
The café was designed to offer a comfortable and accessible setting where residents and visitors can relax, connect, and enjoy quality beverages. Rather than adopting a franchise
model, Cosmo Coffee was developed as an independent concept, allowing greater flexibility in shaping its identity and overall customer experience.

The café offers coffee and fruit-based beverages, serving both local and international guests. The menu focuses on well-balanced, popular items, while the space combines Japanese and Vietnamese design elements to create a modern and welcoming atmosphere. This approach is also reflected in operations, where ingredient quality, consistency in preparation, and efficient workflows are prioritized, aligning with Japanese values such as simplicity, cleanliness, and reliability.
As a first-time F&B operator, the owner initially faced challenges in selecting suitable equipment. After comparing multiple brands, Hoshizaki was chosen for its wide product lineup and clear consultation, with practical recommendations tailored to operational needs.
