We are proud to feature UNAGI Restaurant — an authentic Japanese eel restaurant located at 6A Thai Van Lung, Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in traditional Kanto and Kansai-style unagi. Founded by Unagi Vietnam, the restaurant brings a fresh farm-to-table concept to Vietnam by serving premium live Japanese eel instead of conventional frozen imports.
To bring this vision to life, Hoshizaki Vietnam partnered with UNAGI by providing kitchen design, equipment installation, and dedicated after-sales support. Together, we created an efficient kitchen environment that ensures consistent quality, reliable cold-chain management, and smooth daily operations.
By combining authentic Japanese craftsmanship with practical kitchen solutions, UNAGI delivers a premium dining experience while maintaining operational efficiency. This successful collaboration has established a strong foundation for the brand’s future expansion, with its second location already planned for early 2027.
