When serving cocktails in crystal-clear glassware, the ice must also be equally pristine—perfectly transparent and strong enough not to melt too quickly. Our preparation means we must prepare our ice for cocktails with good quality and sufficient quantity for the customer’s needs. It’s like the equipment at our bar, where we must prioritize reliability and trust in service.

With top-tier refrigerators and ice machines, we feel completely secure, allowing us to craft each cocktail with absolute precision and confidence. We can dedicate ourselves or perform with precision for every cocktail glass with confidence.
