After 10 years of success in Vietnam,
Danbo Ramen introduced its new concept
store: Vegete Vegetarian Ramen & Café. This
restaurant combines authentic Japanese
ramen with a modern and healthy café
style, created for customers who enjoy
both traditional flavors and healthier dining
choices.
Vegete was developed to bring Japanese
ramen culture to a wider audience through
fresh plant-based ingredients and a
comfortable café atmosphere. The brand
respects traditional Japanese cooking while
adapting to modern lifestyle trends and the
growing demand for healthy food.

Vietnam is a fast-growing country with a modern and open food culture. Japanese ramen is already very popular, and more people are now choosing healthy and vegetarian food. Because of this, Vegete Vegetarian Ramen & Café was created to bring together authentic Japanese ramen and a modern vegetarian lifestyle.
The menu uses fresh vegetables and plant-based ingredients while still keeping the original Japanese ramen taste. Customers can also enjoy watching the cooking process at the live kitchen counter, creating a more interesting dining experience. The café menu also offers drinks and light food for customers throughout the day.
Danbo used experience from its existing stores to design a smarter kitchen and smoother workflow. Together with Hoshizaki, reliable equipment and kitchen solutions were installed to support high-quality vegetarian cooking standards.
Vegete Vegetarian Ramen & Café is an important new step for Danbo Ramen. In the future, the brand hopes to expand more stores in Vietnam and Asia while sharing healthy Japanese food culture with more customers.
